Belmont Guesthouse: Blacksmith Apartment

The design here was inspired by an original blacksmith shop that would have been present in early day Belmont. To bring this vision together, we chose raw metals, rich black and gray tones, and leathers. It brought about a truly romantic space with loads of character.
This apartment sits on the bottom floor of a large, old house that was converted to apartments somewhere around the 1930’s – 40’s. Over the course of 2018, this home was renovated to bring it current with today’s amenities. This was a historic renovation and thus most of the original details were maintained and salvaged.
