This beautiful, cozy home is located in a quiet Crozet community at the foot of the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains. Decorated with rustic furnishings and comfortable furniture, this is the perfect space for creating new memories for you and your loved ones. Spring Cove House is conveniently located near several picturesque vineyards and breweries as well as amazing hiking and biking trails, including the Appalachian Trail and Blue Ridge Parkway.  It’s also located ten miles from the University of Virginia and 45 minutes from Wintergreen Resort. 

With a large dining room table, open kitchen and several sitting areas, Spring Cove House is an ideal place to entertain a large group or to relax and enjoy a peaceful couples getaway. On the main level is a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking supplies necessary to create and savor delicious meals. The screened in porch opens to a deck with a pergola, fan, festive lights, and a large gas grill for your outdoor enjoyment. Just off the sitting area, is a den with a sleeper sofa, which can be converted into a comfortable full bed complete with a regular full mattress. There’s a half bath and laundry room right next to the den. 
Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms: a master bedroom with a king bed, a master bathroom with a garden tub, step-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. In the hallway is a full bath with a shower and bathtub. 

On the bottom level is a large bedroom with a king bed, a full bath, a large living area with a wet bar complete with two refrigerator drawers, microwave, cabinets, ice maker, and an eating/craft area. There is a full size futon in the large sitting area. This room leads to an outdoor covered patio with a beautiful outdoor wood burning fireplace, ceiling fans, and a large fenced in backyard with a mountain view to enjoy any time of the year. 
The neighborhood has several wooded walking trails which wind through several acres along Lickinghole Creek and Reservoir and toward Crozet Park. There is a community fitness center and outdoor swimming pool which renters are allowed to access.  This home has Wifi, Satellite TV, AC and plenty of off street parking.

Fifeville Farmhouse

This home was carefully built in 2013 using hypoallergenic and non-toxic or low-VOC materials. We would like to keep it a healthy environment not only for the owners, but also for guests in need of an allergy-friendly, pet-free homestay.

This beautifully chic home is not only cozy but spotless. Upon entering the home you'll find 2 separate siting rooms. One has a flat screen TV so you can watch the big game from the comfort of the couch. The other sitting area is just beyond the french doors. With plenty of seating to enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee and chats. Just passed the second sitting area you'll find the dining room and Kitchen. The dining room table sits 8 with 4 bar stools for the kitchen counter. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steal appliances, dishwasher and gas stove. With plenty of lighting and counter space, it's easy and efficient to cook any meal at home for your group!  No need to walk too far with a half bathroom across from the sitting area near the kitchen. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen. 

Upstairs you'll find all 3 bedrooms. There is a full bathroom at the top of the stirs that is for use of the queen room and twins (2) room. The master bedroom is at the end of the hall with it's own private bathroom equipped with a walk in shower, his and her sinks and a beautiful claw foot tub. This bathroom is total elegance. 

There is a fenced-in yard and outdoor seating to enjoy summer evenings and bbq. This home is in a quaint neighborhood and walking distance to Main Street, where you can find so many boutique shops and amazing restaurants. Just a short 5 minute drive and you can be at the downtown mall. About 10 minutes to UVA grounds!

The Warren

Crozet

This quaint country home is located just 12 miles west of Charlottesville and UVa in the charming town of Crozet. The Warren is quiet, private, and provides a true Virginia experience. Nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains on 5 acres, guests enjoy idyllic views from the front porch. Three bedrooms include a King, Queen, and pair of Doubles, with two and a half baths.

Stay at Clarington! We’re 15 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to UVA, 25 min to beautiful Skyline Drive, near Monticello and local wineries. Stay in a private, comfortable, fully equipped 4 bedroom home with pool. Lounge on the delightful screened-in porch surrounded by woodlands. 

The newly redecorated ground floor master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with Jacuzzi and shower. There are three more bedrooms upstairs (2 double bedrooms, and one with two twins and a bunk set) There's also a second floor full bath. Main floor features dining room, living room with flat screen and newer gourmet kitchen with everything you may need for family meals. Or take meals on the screened-in porch with seating for 11+. Wi-Fi, zoned AC, on site laundry and a fenced-in pool complete the picture for a delightful stay in the country.
