The location was perfect, lots of fun things to do within walking distance. The room was perfect for two people. Even though there was a concert in the theater that night we didn't hear a sound.

Perfectly and efficiently designed. Instructions for parking, check-in, and electronics use easy to navigate to understand. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thank you

Very easy and efficient access, with no need for a front desk. Very clean, modern and comfortable room. The great location was the best feature. After enjoying Main Street, my wife and I had a great night’s sleep. We will definitely be back!

Even with Halloween revelers on the Mall, my night in the studio room was amazingly quiet so I slept soundly on a very comfy bed. Easy access in and out and the accommodations were great. Nice shower and bathroom space. Looking fwd to staying there again.

Perfect place for a quick wedding weekend!

I stayed in a small room but it still had everything we needed. The check in and parking directions were great. Excellent location. So much to walk to on the pedestrian mall. Rooms are clean, chic, nice. Shower and bathroom also very nice and clean. Overall excellent stay. No elevator but for us that was not a problem.

Amazing quality for the price! It was perfect for a last minute stay and the owners communicated efficiently. Wonderful amenities and great location!

The hotel is perfectly situated on the mall, with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was an elevator would've been helpful, otherwise a very cool place to stay.

This is now our second time staying at this location, and we’ll be coming back for a third. We did have a small issue with our core not working initially, but it was resolved in less than 10 minutes and we got in just fine. There were concerts almost every night we were staying and I honestly couldn’t tell you when shows were ongoing because we couldn’t hear a thing. Room was clean and perfect for 2 people. I also need to figure out what brand their sheets are because they were like butter and I’ve thought of them every night since we have been home.

Room is in a great part of downtown Charlottesville. The room was very quiet. The mattress was great, and the bathroom and shower were perfect. The room itself was a little smaller than expected, but it was just about right for a couple staying only a night.

I will definitely stay again. Hands down the best location in Charlottesville. Booking was very easy, and the non-contact check in was smooth. The unit was tastefully decorated & comfortable.

Firstly, the room was very clean and just as described. Cozy bed, large shower, easy access to entrance, and parking about a block away. The Jeff Hotel is in the perfect location- close to many local shops and great restaurants. The highlight of the trip however, was the property managers. The Guesthouse staff was incredibly communicative, helpful, and accommodating. They gave excellent instructions for check in and check out. They even accommodated our pet dog and an early check-in. Truly a great experience.

Jeff Studio 302 was a simple yet luxurious place to stay. It had just the right amenities (expresso machine, blue tooth speaker, huge TV) to make me feel welcome and cozy. The checkin was simple. And the bed was very comfortable. The Jeff is definitely my place to stay when in Charlottesville!

We had an amazing time staying at the Jeff Hotel. It is truly the perfect location for a Charlottesville stay and makes exploring the growing Downtown area so easy. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The room was small but clean. The check in process (all automated) worked perfectly. The price was appropriate. To our pleasant surprise there was no noise but perhaps that is because it was a relatively quiet time on the downtown mall. I would recommend adding a shelf or 2 in the bathroom so there is some space to put toiletries.

Great setting right on the Downtown Mall. Easy to walk to everything that Charlottesville has to offer. The room was small but offered all that we needed and it was great that it was pet friendly. The parking situation was very easy as the garage was just a block away and the validation process was simple. Check-in and check-out process was very easy as well. Would recommend.

This place was perfect for our needs. You can’t beat the location. Be prepared for a lot of stairs. We didn’t mind and needed the exercise. : ) This Met all of our expectations.

My wife and I had a lovely experience at The Jeff. The location couldn't be beat as it was on the pedestrian mall right above The Jefferson Theatre. We were a little nervous about it being so new but the accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable and the room was set up to optimize the space given the size of the studio. Check In/Out was super easy. The parking garage is only 2 blocks away. Highly recommend! We will be back!
