The room was a perfect place to stay for a concert. Fun, clean, comfortable, beyond convenient. Loved staying at the Jeff.

This hidden gem is such an amazing place to stay. We will definitely be booking rooms at The Jeff again!!!

Perfect place to stay after concert at Jefferson Theater!

Very happy with the choice to stay here. Room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was amazing. Bed comfy. Great places to eat/drink/shop nearby. There was a band playing in the theater but you couldn't hear them much. I'd compare it to distant thunder... Like there was a sounds but you couldn't tell it was music. A sound machine was provide so there came a point when we heard nothing. The only things to know is the stairs are kind of steep and you have to walk to parking about 3-5 min away. So if there are ambulation concerns I'd choose somewhere else. But for us it was great and we'd stay again.

The Jeff was the best place I’ve stayed in Charlottesville. Between the location, size of the room, and cleanliness, I will likely stay there every time I go back. I’ve already recommended it to all of my friends. We accidentally left an article of clothing and they even shipped it back to us no questions asked. Amazing place!

WONDERFUL. Great downtown location, expertly decorated and appointed, easy to access, and parking included. The suite was very comfortable and quiet. Best night's rest in a long time. Highly recommend.

Suite 204 in The Jeff boutique hotel is spacious and elegant with a step-down living room, king-sized bedroom, immense glass-walled shower and bathroom, plus a truly comfortable pull-out couch double bed in the living room which overlooks the pedestrian Downtown Mall through a tall draped classic domed window. The location offers access right outside the door to a wonderful array of restaurants, shopping and even movie theaters. Highly recommended!

Hip little room right in the middle of the Charlotte downtown street mall. We had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze, despite no actual employees involved. Very buttoned up and chic place.

What a gem! Our stay was perfect starting with the superb communication with The Jeff! From the reservation process to check-out and questions in between…the customer service provided was perfect! Our suite was spacious with an amazing large bathroom, comfortable bed and separate sitting room. The location on the Pedestrian Mall was perfect, providing restaurants, shops, plaza outdoor seating which felt like you were in a European city…almost! I highly recommend The Jeff for a visit to Charlottesville !!!

My wife and I had the best time at the Jeff Hotel. Not only is the location ideal for anyone visiting Charlottesville, but the stay itself was also wonderful. Our suite at Jeff had amazing amenities, and a luxurious and spacious feel. Everything we needed to relax and unwind for a weekend getaway.

Thanks for a great stay! The room was well located for our plans and we loved the decor. The bed and bedding were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The kitchenette with a big sink, fridge, microwave, and tea kettle were great features. My husband loved the Marshall Bluetooth speaker. We would gladly stay here or any one of your other properties again.

This is our second stay and we love this room! The layout is perfect with no wasted space! The bathroom is huge with lots of natural light. Love the no contact process and the location is just what we need.

Delightful and ever so slightly quirky place to stay on the downtown mall. Clean, nicely appoionted suite and well equipped for everyday needs overlooking the downtown mall. Easy walk to restaurants/coffee shops, unique shops etc. and to the close-by parking garage. Even tho our suite had a very large window overlooing the mall, I could not hear any mall noise inside. I would definitely stay at the Jeff Hotel again.

This room is beautiful, and the location couldn't be better for visiting Charlottesville. We were in town for a concert and the best part was the quick walk to the venue and back. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was lovely and the coffee in the room was delicious. My only complaint was the soap holder in the shower is rusted and needs re-painting, but that so minor it didn't take away from our experience at all. We will definitely be staying here again!

Just had a very pleasant stay at The Jeff Hotel. Nice, quiet building with great location. The parking deck is convenient. The instructions to get in the building and room are very clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend if you are looking for more of a home feel rather than hotel feel. Fantastic bathroom! Will definitely stay there again.

Fun area, a little dead because it was a cold rainy Tuesday, but enjoyed the restaurants that were open. Loved the suite, but had to drop a star due to lack of sleep. A/C vent blows directly on bed so would go from cold to hot all night as the unit would blow and stop off and on. Blanket on, blanket off throughout the night. I would definitely stay there again, but maybe try a different room.

The room overlooked the walkway. It was soooo nice. The bathroom was pretty incredible - the rain shower & skylight fabulous. One of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our trip. Centrally located & comfy king beds

After our two-night stay, we are already looking forward to our return. The location is perfect. With coffee shops and restaurants (including breakfast options) literally a minute's walk from the door, who needs room service? Instructions for accessing the room and using its amenities were clear and helpful. The room itself had all of the comforts of home. We especially liked that there were plenty of towels (negating the need for room service during our short stay), a spacious bathroom, 2 huge TVs, and a mini refrigerator that was actually quite spacious to chill the beverages we brought. If I am giving any very tiny suggestions for improvement, I would offer two fairly simple-to-implement ideas: stock a less abrasive hand soap and leave a few bottles of water. (We also noticed there was a bottle of Dove hand soap that had been left by the previous guests, so I am guessing they had a similar issue.) We just grabbed our own soap and water from the CVS though and will be back to enjoy this great space soon!

My colleague and I had suites across from each other. Spacious, clean and a creative vibe. I would definitely stay here again. Only downside, no ice. But everything else was delightful. Location of historic downtown gave additional ambiance.

The room was beautiful with a modern feel. It was spacious and roomy. The bathroom was very nice. The location was excellent, being right in the middle of the eclectic shopping and dining area. We did run into a problem, which was taken care of in an appropriate and professional manner.

First a disclaimer, this is a boutique hotel with no concierge and self check-in. Knowing that, this is a wonderful place to stay. The location is unbeatable on the mall. The rooms are clean, spacious, and full of everything you need. If you want to watch a movie and wind down from a day, this is the best place for it. Two HUGE TVs in the room so you choose where to relax. Would highly recommend this hotel.
