Piedmont Place: Suite 304

The suite was easy to access and very clean. All messages were answered quickly and professionally. I would most definitely use this again when in the area.

The condo is located in the downtown area, walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. Unit had everything needed for a weekend getaway. We would stay again on our next trip to the area!

I leased 4 apartment Suites for family and bridal party for my daughter's wedding at King Family Vineyard. Excellent communication, and the suites were exceptionally clean, quiet and well stocked with everything one would need. Stunning mountain views!Convenient restaurant, ice cream shop, salon in this building or within a very short walking distance.

My family and a pet (!) truly enjoyed this quiet apartment. Having a key pad versus a key made it very convenient for all of us to come and go. The apartment has very comfortable beds and nice linens. It is a very quiet location, and having a coffee spot and ice cream parlor close by was terrific. A draw back was we had an early flight and the elevator does not work between odd hours, and the internet connection needs to be upgraded to watch any TV.

We're so sorry to hear about the elevator issue, we will be looking into that as soon as possible. We also have an upgrade to the internet scheduled for next week (July 18-19)!! We would love to host you again in the future.

This unit was absolutely gorgeous! Clean, spacious and well stocked with anything you could possibly need for a stay... We will be back! Billy

Our son's wedding reception was held in the space above the apartment so it could not have been more convenient for us to stay at Piedmont Place for his wedding weekend.The unit was well appointed with everything we needed and was immaculately clean and in working order. The beds and bedding were very comfy. The living room furniture while in great condition, wasn't the most comfortable for sitting on but it was serviceable. The views of the mountains from the balcony were amazing.If you are used to sleeping in a dark room, I would bring an eyeshade/sleep mask as the windows are only covered with honeycomb shades which did not adequately block the floodlights from the parking lot below for us. The only other thing we would have liked was a set of directions for the heating/air-conditioning unit. The thermostat was very different from the one in our home and it took a lot of fidgeting to figure out the settings.It appeared that three of the units on the floor were rented but we never heard a peep from the other units!

This roomy two bedroom apartment is stylishly decorated and fully equipped. The mountain views from the living room are beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is quiet which is surprising considering that it sits directly above Smoked bbq restaurant and Crozet creamery. Walk to everything that downtown has to offer and drive to countless wineries and breweries. The only downsides are the uncomfortable living room couch and the living room TV which is too small for the room and has a poor picture.

We had a great experience renting through VA Guesthouses. Our unit was as pictured and clean. The location was perfect for a few days of exploring Charlottesville and the surrounding area.

Clean. Perfect. Modern. Has everything you need. Safe and secure. Parking easy. We will stay again. So much to do. Breweries, wineries, polo!

We had a great stay at Piedmont Place for our girl's wine weekend! The apartment feels much larger than the photos depict and it was in a great location. Parking was easy and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The only negative was that the pull out couch is more like a futon and wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. Otherwise, I'd still highly recommend staying here!

The accommodations were very comfortable especially with a pet because there is easy access to the outside grassy area. Will definitely visit again.

We loved staying in the condo and having all of the towels and sheets provided like in a stay at a hotel was wonderful. The parking was so convenient to the room and there was a convenient elevator located close to the entry to the building. We were also surprised to find some lovely local food shops located on the second floor and we enjoyed the food that the ice cream shop and deli shop offered. I would highly recommend a stay here
